With effect from 24th January 2005, we are offering customers the option of having their orders shipped via normal registered priority air mail.

Please note that shipments delivered via normal registered priority air mail will be sent out from our sales office in Singapore. It take approximately 7 to 10 business working days to reach most destinations.

In view of enquiries from customers with regard to the US$20 shipping / handling / insurance fee that is charged in each order, we would like to make use of this opportunity to explain the issue to all customers of Acne Detox Skin Science.

We would like to remind all customers that the sales office of Acne Detox Skin Science is located in Singapore, which is in the Asia region.

For each order that is shipped out using Federal Express courier service, it will cost US$20 in total for shipping / handling / insurance. This is the lowest official rate that has been negotiated with Federal Express and cannot be further reduced.

1st November 2004  USA customers can make their                                         purchases of Acne Detox via                                            money orders / checks

As of 1st November 2004, we will offer 2 additional payment modes, namely money orders and checks, to customers residing within USA.

11th October 2004  AcneDetox to be available for private                                      labeling by medical professionals

Due to an increasing demand from medical professionals, Acneceutic Skin Science will allow for private labeling of AcneDetox, with effect from 11th October 2004.

Private labeling will only be available for medical practitioners only.

1st October 2004  International orders to be shipped via                                    Federal Express

With effect from 1st October 2004, all international orders placed for AcneDetox will be shipped out from our Singapore sales office, via Federal Express courier service. This is done in an effort to expedite the delivery process for all international orders.


15th August 2004  Enhanced formulation of Acne Detox                                      launched

As of 15th August 2004, we are pleased to launch the enhanced formulation of AcneDetox.

In this enhanced product version, we have increased the concentration of pure pearl powder, licorice extract, burdock root and Vitamin C.

According to the results derived from our internal research studies, this stronger formulation is able to deliver significant improvements on various types of acne conditions within a time span of 2 months.

With effect from 15th May 2004, customers who hold Switch / Solo cards can make their purchase of Acne Detox via our payment gateway WorldPay.


7th February 2004  Integration of new payment gateway                                      WorldPay

With effect from 7th February 2004, all payments made by customers who are residing outside of United States of America will be processed by our new internet payment gateway WorldPay.
